1.Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and Kebuntoto ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the website located at https://kebuntoto.cam and all associated products, services, betting markets, casino games, and promotional offers made available thereon.

By accessing, registering on, or otherwise using any part of the kebuntoto platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of the platform.

These Terms apply to all users accessing the platform from any location, including users based in Malaysia. Malaysian players are responsible for understanding and complying with all applicable local laws, including but not limited to the Common Gaming Houses Act 1953 and the Betting Act 1953. 2.Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the kebuntoto platform.
• "Balance" means the total real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise specified.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, or matched deposits credited to a Player's Account as part of a promotional offer, subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and address verification process required before a Player may make their first withdrawal.
• "MYR" means Malaysian Ringgit, the base currency of all Accounts on the kebuntoto platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total betting turnover a Player must achieve before Bonus Funds become eligible for withdrawal, expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 30x the bonus amount).
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any territory from which access to and participation in the kebuntoto platform is restricted or prohibited under applicable licensing or local law.
• "Game Provider" means any third-party licensed studio whose games are made available on the kebuntoto platform.

3.Account Eligibility

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on kebuntoto, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

1. You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all subsequent times you use the platform.
2. You are accessing the platform as an individual acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.
3. You are not a resident of, or accessing the platform from, any jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited under applicable law.
4. You have not previously been excluded from the platform through any voluntary or mandatory self-exclusion process.
5. You are not employed by, or a direct family member of an employee of, kebuntoto or any associated entity.
6. You are of sound mind and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

We reserve the right to request proof of any of the above eligibility criteria at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence may result in account suspension or permanent closure.

4.Account Registration

4.1 Registration Process

Players must complete the online registration process, providing accurate, current, and complete personal information. All details submitted during registration — including full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and telephone number — must be truthful and must match the identity documents submitted during KYC verification.

4.2 One Account Policy

Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one Account on the kebuntoto platform. Creating multiple Accounts, whether under your own identity or using different names, email addresses, or payment methods, constitutes a material breach of these Terms. All Accounts found to be duplicates will be permanently closed, and any funds contained therein may be forfeited following investigation.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any other access details with any third party. Kebuntoto will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.

4.4 Account Currency

All Accounts on kebuntoto are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Account currency cannot be changed after registration.

5.KYC Verification

In accordance with our licensing obligations and international anti-money-laundering standards, all Players must complete identity verification (KYC) before their first withdrawal request can be processed. Kebuntoto reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any stage of the player lifecycle, including at the time of registration, prior to a withdrawal, or during a periodic account review.

5.1 Required Documents

Standard KYC documentation requirements include the following:

• Proof of Identity: A valid Malaysian identity card (MyKad), passport, or driver's licence showing your full name and date of birth.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence issued within the last three months, showing your full name and residential address.
• Selfie Verification: A clear photograph of you holding your identity document alongside your face.
• Payment Method Verification: Proof of ownership of the deposit payment method used (e.g., screenshot of e-wallet account showing your registered name).

5.2 Processing Time

KYC verification is typically completed within 24 to 48 hours of submission of complete and legible documentation. Incomplete or unclear documents will be returned with a request for resubmission, which may extend the verification timeline.

6.Deposits

Kebuntoto accepts deposits via the following payment methods, all processed in MYR: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX online banking, direct transfers via Maybank, CIMB Bank, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, as well as BTC and USDT cryptocurrency deposits.

• The minimum deposit amount is RM30 (or equivalent) unless otherwise specified in a current promotion.
• Deposits are credited to your Account balance in real time or within minutes of payment confirmation, subject to payment provider processing times.
• You may only deposit funds that belong to you. Depositing funds on behalf of another person is strictly prohibited.
• Kebuntoto does not accept deposits from credit cards or any form of borrowed funds. This is a responsible gambling measure.
• Any deposit made that cannot be satisfactorily attributed to a verified player identity may be reversed pending investigation.

7.Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the kebuntoto Account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. All withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be completed and approved before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Any applicable wagering requirements associated with bonus funds must be fully met before those funds can be withdrawn.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 unless otherwise specified.
• E-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) are typically processed within 5 minutes. DuitNow and FPX bank transfers within 5–15 minutes. Direct bank wire transfers within 15–60 minutes. These are typical ranges and not guaranteed processing times.
• We reserve the right to conduct enhanced verification checks on any withdrawal request, particularly for large amounts or unusual patterns. This may temporarily delay processing.

8.Bonuses & Promotions

Kebuntoto offers various bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing players. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of the offer. The following general bonus terms apply to all promotions unless explicitly overridden by offer-specific terms:

• Bonuses are credited to your Account once the qualifying deposit or action has been confirmed.
• Standard wagering requirements are stated on each promotion page (typically between 20x and 40x the bonus amount).
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the specified time window (typically 7–30 days from bonus credit date). Unexpired bonus funds are removed after the deadline.
• Certain game categories (e.g., live dealer baccarat, roulette) may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all toward wagering requirements. Contribution percentages are listed in each promotion's specific terms.
• Only one promotion may be active at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Kebuntoto reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice to affected players.
• Any attempt to abuse bonuses — including through multi-accounting, matched betting using bonus funds, or deliberate low-risk wagering patterns — will result in forfeiture of the bonus balance and, where evidence is clear, permanent account closure.

9.Betting Rules

9.1 General Sportsbook Rules

All sports bets placed on the kebuntoto platform are subject to our published sportsbook rules, which govern settlement, void bets, abandoned events, and disputed outcomes. Key principles include:

• Bets are binding once confirmed. Cancellations are not permitted after bet placement except where explicitly provided under a "cash-out" feature.
• Bets placed on events that are subsequently abandoned or cancelled will be voided and stakes returned to the Player's Account balance.
• For live betting, any bets confirmed prior to a significant change in match circumstances (e.g., a goal scored during transmission delay) will be settled based on the actual event outcome at time of bet placement.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by market and event. These are displayed at time of bet placement.
• Kebuntoto reserves the right to limit stakes, refuse bets, or close Accounts of Players demonstrating patterns of advantage play or odds exploitation at our reasonable discretion.

9.2 Casino Game Rules

All casino games are governed by the rules of the applicable licensed game provider. RNG-certified outcomes are final. In the event of a technical failure during a game, the round will either be completed using stored game state data or voided with stakes returned, as technically feasible.

9.3 Mix Parlay

Mix Parlay betting is subject to the standard parlay settlement rules: all selections must win for the parlay to return a profit. A voided selection reduces the parlay by that leg. Minimum and maximum parlay leg limits and combined odds caps apply as displayed in the sportsbook interface.

10.Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kebuntoto platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Creating or operating multiple Accounts for any purpose, including circumventing account restrictions or claiming multiple bonuses.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, structuring, or use of the platform to process proceeds of illegal activity.
• Colluding with other players in casino games, particularly live dealer games where collusion can influence outcomes.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or technical vulnerabilities in any game or platform feature.
• Placing bets on behalf of third parties or operating as a betting agent through the platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or any subsequent verification process.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts or damages the operation of the platform or harms other players.

11.Responsible Gambling

Kebuntoto is committed to promoting responsible gambling and takes its obligations to player welfare seriously. We recognise that for a small proportion of people, gambling can become problematic. The following tools are available to all registered players within their Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount you can deposit.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the total amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Set notifications reminding you of your active session duration.
• Reality Checks: Periodic prompts displaying your net session result to encourage informed decision-making.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and, once active, cannot be reversed for the duration of the exclusion period.

12.Intellectual Property

All content on the kebuntoto platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, software, game interfaces, written content, graphics, and data compilations — is the intellectual property of kebuntoto or its licensed content partners. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for your personal, non-commercial betting and entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any platform content without prior written authorisation from kebuntoto.

13.Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kebuntoto shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits, or anticipated savings resulting from platform unavailability, technical faults, or bet settlement disputes.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of access to the platform or any of its services.
• Unauthorised third-party access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials.
• Losses arising from your reliance on any information, tips, or analysis presented on the platform for informational purposes.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Our total aggregate liability to you in respect of any single claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 12-month period preceding the claim.

14.Account Suspension & Termination

Kebuntoto reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where we have reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The Account holder has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The Account is being used for fraudulent, illegal, or prohibited purposes.
• The Account holder has provided false or misleading registration or verification information.
• Continued operation of the Account poses a risk to the platform, other players, or regulatory compliance.

You may also request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any outstanding real-money balance (after deduction of any outstanding liabilities) will be returned to your verified payment method, subject to standard KYC requirements being satisfied.

15.Amendments to These Terms

Kebuntoto reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice to registered Players via email or a prominent in-platform notification. The revised Terms will display an updated "Effective Date" at the top of this page. Your continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend that you review this page periodically to stay informed of any updates.

16.Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which kebuntoto is licensed. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall first be referred to our internal dispute resolution process. If you have a complaint, you should contact us using the details in Section 17 below.

We aim to resolve all complaints within 14 business days of receipt of full information. Where a dispute cannot be resolved internally, it may be referred to the relevant dispute resolution body under our licensing jurisdiction.

For users in Malaysia: Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive or override any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under applicable Malaysian law.
